If MenuDOI is not behaving as expected, send a short description of what you entered, which device you are using and the result you expected to ezequield@acm.org.

A citation cannot be found

Check that the DOI, PMID, arXiv or HAL identifier is complete. For software, paste the public GitHub repository URL. A provider can occasionally be unavailable even when the identifier is valid.

Mac and iPad are not in sync

Confirm both devices use the same Apple Account, iCloud Drive is available, and MenuDOI is allowed to use iCloud. Keep the app open briefly after a large import so CloudKit can finish synchronising.

Import or export

MenuDOI works with BibTeX, RIS, CSL JSON, EndNote and PubMed/NBIB workflows. You can export a single folder or the complete library from the library export view.

Parser or formatter issues can also be reported in the BibTeXKit issue tracker with a minimal citation that reproduces the problem.
